Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray Arrested Tracy Cottongim age 45 of Willow Rd., Manchester early Wednesday morning July 15, 2015 at approximately 5:45 AM.
The arrest occurred off Love road, approximately 1 mile north London after Deputy Jackson was dispatched to a complaint that a female subject was at a residence intoxicated and was refusing to leave the residence.
When Deputy Jackson arrived at the scene he observed this subject outside screaming and yelling and creating a disturbance in the neighborhood.
Deputy Jackson conducted an investigation and determined that this subject was under the influence.
Tracy Cottongim was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
