Three arrested on drug charges in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective James Sizemore arrested three individuals on drug charges on Philpot Road, 5 miles west of London on Thursday afternoon July 23, 2015 at approximately 4:49 PM.

The arrests were the result of an investigation conducted by Detective Sizemore while he was serving an indictment arrest warrant there.

Arrested was:

1.  Glendalea Tuttle age 34 of Philpot Rd., London charged on a Laurel County indictment warrant of arrest charging two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree first offense and persistent felony offender II; and a Knox County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in Knox District Court. In addition, this subject was found with three Suboxone strips and was charged with possession of a controlled substance – third-degree.

2.  Jennifer Folgman age 35 Of Foley Road, Corbin charged with possession of a controlled substance – third-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; and tampering with physical evidence – this subject was found in the bathroom area of the residence trying to hide a loaded needle, and this subject was trying to hide a needle in her undergarments.

3.   Donald Howard age 54 of Spring St., Apartments, London charged with possession of a controlled substance first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance – third-degree – this subject was found in possession of a needle behind his ear, pills in his pocket, and a bag of a powder substance in his watch pocket.

All three subjects were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

Assisting at the scene was Deputy Rick Cloyd, Deputy Tommy Houston, and Cpl. Jack Caudill.
