Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Josh Scott, Deputy Charlie Johnson, and Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Solaman Williams age 31 of McKinley Lane, Keavy on Saturday afternoon July 25, 2015 at approximately 2:35 PM.
The arrest occurred off McKinley Lane approximately 10 miles south London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that an intoxicated subject was there threatening to kill a female victim and then kill himself.
When deputies arrived at the scene they observed a male subject apparently very intoxicated and screaming and cursing outside in front of the neighbors there.
This subject was armed with what appeared to be a real gun, but was determined to be a BB gun.
Deputies charged Solaman Williams with disorderly conduct – second-degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place and lodged him in the Laurel County Detention Center.
