London, KY - The London-Laurel County D.A.R.E. program awarded North Laurel High School student Destiny Cornelius with a $1,000 scholarship. Cornelius said she’ll be using the scholarship to attend Eastern Kentucky University for athletic training.
The scholarship program annually awards one South and North Laurel High School student each with a $1,000 scholarship to use at a college or university of their choice.
This is the 3rd year the program has awarded deserving students in Laurel County. Congrats Destiny and best wishes!
