Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective James Sizemore arrested Bobby Rutledge, Jr. age 48 of Sheilds Ln., London on Wednesday morning August 19, 2015 at approximately 10:10 AM.
The arrest was the result of this subject being arrested on a parole violation warrant.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
