Troopers Seeking Possible Witness to Fatal Crash on I-84 East of Boise Early Sunday Morning

MERIDIAN - Idaho State Police is asking for anyone that witnessed the incidents leading up to a crash that claimed the life of a Garden City man on I-84 east of Boise early Sunday morning to contact them about what they may have witnessed.

On Sunday, August 16th at 3:52 a.m., troopers responded to a fatal crash on eastbound I-84 at milepost 68, near the Port of Entry east of Boise. Winters Wareagle, 23, of Garden City was hit and killed when Patrick Musgrove, 28 of Meridian who was driving a 2003 Toyota Maxtrix ran over Wareagle who was lying on the pavement in the right lane of travel.

Troopers investigating the crash would like to speak to anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed the sequence of events leading up to the crash. If you, or anyone you know, was a witness, please call the Idaho State Police at 208-846-7550.
