Clay County, KY. - The Manchester Police Department, Manchester Fire Department, and Clay County Sheriff's Department are on the Hal Rogers Parkway approximately 2 miles West of Manchester working a single vehicle accident.
According to MPD dispatch, a tractor trailer overturned on the parkway at around 6:00 A.M. on Wednesday morning, September 16, 2015.
Also, according to MPD dispatch, no injuries were reported that they're aware of.
The parkway will be shut down periodically due to retrieving the tractor trailer from over an embankment.
Reportedly the truck was loaded with garbage.
