Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Deputy Tommy Houston and Deputy Andrew Lawson arrested Justin Seeley, age 20, of Sinking Creek Rd., London, early Sunday morning, September 27, 2015, at approximately 3:02 AM.
The arrest occurred on Russell Dyche Memorial Highway in London after this subject was stopped driving a red colored Dodge Ram pickup – the vehicle had no tail lights.
Deputies detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from this subject and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Justin Seeley was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; failure to wear seatbelts; and no tail lamps.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
