(Richmond, KY) — The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, received a call of a single vehicle collision that was found on Tates Creek Road, just after 8:00 am, on Sunday, September 27, 2015.
The initial investigation indicates that Joseph Kraemer, 19 years old of Kettering, OH was driving West on Tates Creek Road during the early morning hours on Sunday, when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Joseph Kraemer was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Madison County Coroner.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by Trooper Aaron Hall.
