Manchester, KY - Sheriff Kevin Johnson is reporting an arrest made in the evening hours of Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
Deputy Michael Havicus made the arrest on Dark Hollow road located on Highway 149 in Clay County.
Arrested was:
William Ray Collins age 40 of Dark Hollow Road.
Mr. Collins was arrested on a Child Support Warrant that was obtained for his arrest, he was charged with Flagrant Non-Support and booked into the Clay County Detention Center
