Manchester, KY - MPD is reporting that on Sunday, October 11, 2015 around 1:00 P.M. this individual left the Manchester Wal-Mart store pushing a buggy with several items that he did not pay for.
The male suspect left the parking lot driving a red car with a spoiler on the back believed to be a Mitsubishi.
