Complaint of a male and a female out of control at a Laurel County residence

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray and Deputy Travis Napier arrested Bridget LeAnn Eversole, age 28, of Fariston Rd., London, on October 13, 2015, at approximately 9:25 PM.

The arrest occurred approximately 6 miles south of London off of Fariston Road after Deputy Kyle Gray and Deputy Travis Napier were dispatched to a complaint of a male and a female subject out of control at a residence there.

As deputies arrived at the scene this female subject fled into the woods nearby and was not located. After deputies left the scene, they were again dispatched back to the same location to a disturbance call where a female subject was allegedly yelling and arguing with other people at the residence and appeared to be under the influence.

When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, they learned that this female subject had apparently taken several Xanax's along with beer earlier. This subject was determined to be under the influence.

Bridget LeAnn Eversole was charged with disorderly conduct – second degree; and public intoxication.  In addition, this subject was charged on a Clay County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of nonsupport.

Also, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding charges of public intoxication – controlled substances and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.

This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
