(Harlan, Ky.) –On October 16, 2015 at approximately 15:13 pm, after a lengthy investigation, detectives from the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations Branch arrested James Howard of Harlan for Misuse of Confidential Information and Abuse of Public Trust; Under $10,000. Both Class D Felonies.
More arrests stemming from this investigation are possible.
