Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott along with Deputy Craig Sutton and Cpl. Jack Caudill arrested Travis Helton age 18 of Osborne Ln., London on Wednesday afternoon October 21, 2015 at approximately 12:23 PM.
The arrest occurred off Osborne Lane, approximately 5 miles south of London after deputies responded to a neighbor dispute where allegedly an armed suspect was involved.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation this subject was arrested and charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; possession of drug paraphernalia; and unlawful transaction with a minor – first degree – illegal controlled substance under the age of 18.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
