Clay County, KY - According to a published report, a Manchester man is now lodged in the Clay County Detention Center in connection with today's shooting on Greasey Creek in the Horse Creek community of Clay County.
Reportedly Bobby Sizemore age 29 of Manchester was arrested and charged with Assault -first degree by Clay County Chief Deputy Chris Curry.
According to jail records, Mr. Sizemore was booked into the facility at 1:57 P.M. on Friday October 23, 2015.
According to a ClayCoNews source, the shooting happened shortly before noon on Friday October 23, 2015 following a dispute between neighbors.
Tony Butttery was reportedly shot in the leg.
Mr. Buttery's condition is not known to ClayCoNews at this time.
