Richmond, Ky.) - On October 28, 2015, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch, assisted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, arrested Joshua Hicks, 26, for charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch conducted a joint investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation involving Hicks' online activities.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Mr. Hicks' residence on October 28, 2015. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized. Mr. Hicks is currently charged with thirty (30) counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He was arrested and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
