Criminal Trespassing arrest in Laurel County



Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Summer Moore age 35 of Laurel Lake Rd. North, London early Friday morning October 30, 2015 at approximately 12:35 AM.

The arrest occurred off Laurel Lake Rd. North, approximately 8 miles west of London after Sgt. Parrott was dispatched to a disturbance complaint regarding several people in a houseboat that was located in the front yard of a residence there.

When Sgt. Parrott arrived at the scene he could hear yelling and cursing in the front yard where the boat was located and following an investigation he arrested this subject. When arrested this subject had to be led to the police cruiser and gave a false name for identification.

This subject cursed Sgt. Parrott the entire time she was in custody.

Summer Moore was charged with disorderly conduct – second degree; criminal mischief – third-degree; criminal trespassing – third-degree; and giving an officer a false name or address. In addition, and was also charged on a Knox County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a traffic charge as well as a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding charges of theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting; public intoxication – controlled substances; and contempt of court.

Summer Moore more was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
