Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting an arrest that occurred off Valley Lane, approximately 1 mile south of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there. When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation they detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject.
Sheriff Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested David Sizemore age 22 of Valley Lane apartments, London early Saturday morning November 14, 2015 at approximately 5:01 AM.
In addition, this subject continued to create a disturbance there. When arrested this subject failed to comply with the deputies and had to be physically restrained. This subject continued to yell and curse creating a disturbance in the area there.
David Sizemore was charged with alcohol intoxication in public place; menacing; disorderly conduct – second degree; and resisting arrest and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
