Laurel County, Ky.- Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Kenya Bruner age 21 Hopper Creek Rd., London early Thursday morning November 19, 2015 at approximately 2:43 AM.
The arrest occurred inside the lobby of the Laurel County Detention Center after Sgt. Parrott received a complaint that theis subject was inside the lobby intoxicated and causing a disturbance.
When Sgt. Parrott arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation , he determined that this subject was under the influence.
Kenya Bruner was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and disorderly conduct – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
