Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Carl Charboneau age 37 of Farley Rd., East Bernstadt early Wednesday morning December 9, 2015 at approximately 1:02 AM.
The arrest occurred off Farley Road, approximately 10 miles north of London after this subject was charged on an Indiana warrant charging theft by unlawful taking – auto, and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
Indiana advised they would extradite this subject.
