(Mount Vernon, KY) - On Wednesday December 30th 2015 around 10 PM Officer Brandon Durham with KSP-Vehicle Enforcement received an ATL (Attempt to Locate) on a vehicle traveling south on I-75 in Mount Vernon that was wanted in connection with a recent Burglary of an Animal Hospital in Woodford County Kentucky.
Officer Durham located and stopped the vehicle at a gas station just off Exit 59 in Mount Vernon where he arrested 20 year old Donnie Douglas Sparks II of Georgetown on Burglary 1st charges.
