Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested Tricia Neel age 26 of Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday night January 14, 2016 at approximately 11:15 PM.
The arrest occurred at a business off West Cumberland Gap Pkwy., approximately 11 miles south London after this subject was determined to be under the influence.
Deputy Jackson found this subject in possession of numerous needles with syringes and 2 spoons that appeared to have been used with some drugs.
Tricia Neel was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
