Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that South Laurel High School Gear up students delivered 30 notes of appreciation each with numerous signatures from students expressing their appreciation to the Sheriff, deputies and staff of the Laurel County Sheriff's office on Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
The Sheriff's office is humbly honored by this showing of support and is encouraged to know that the young people of Laurel County stand behind them in their efforts to make Laurel County a better and safer community. Pictured is one of the notes that the Sheriff's office received.
