Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested Rebecca Madden, age 35, of Cane Creek Rd., Manchester, on Saturday afternoon, January 30, 2016, at approximately 1:59 PM.
The investigating deputy reports that while entering a business on North Main St. in London, he encountered this subject yelling and screaming at the clerk in the business creating a disturbance there.
Deputy Scott escorted this subject outside into the parking lot where this subject continued to be unruly, cursing and yelling at the deputy. When arrested, this subject attempted to walk away and had to be restrained.
Rebecca Madden was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and resisting arrest and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
