Fugitive guilty plea in Laurel County - More charges are expected in Tennessee as more victims are being identified


Laurel County, KY - On Tuesday February 2, 2016, a fugitive from Claiborne County Tennessee pled guilty to Laurel County Sheriff's Office charges of resisting arrest, assault, and escape. 

Rick James Brock who was arrested by the Laurel County Sheriff's office on Thursday night January 28, 2016 after he was found hiding at his brother's residence in downtown London and charged with being a fugitive from Claiborne County Tennessee.

Brock on Tennessee's top 10 most wanted list - wanted on 4 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and four counts of rape of a child and was identified as having a violent criminal history considered armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday February 2, 2016, Rick James Brock pled guilty to Laurel County Sheriff's Office charges of resisting arrest, assault, and escape and is currently in the Laurel County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Claiborne County Tennessee.

More charges are expected in Tennessee as more victims are being identified.
