Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Craig Sutton along with Lieut. Greg Poynter arrested Sheila Hodge, age 42, of Helvetia Rd., North, London, on Friday afternoon, February 5, 2016, at approximately 3:49 PM.
The arrest occurred off Helvetia Rd., North, approximately 2 miles north of London while deputies were investigating a complaint in that area. This subject was driving a lavender colored Chevrolet Cavalier and was determined to be under the influence – this subject stated she had taken Xanax earlier in the day.
Sheila Hodge was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; failure to wear seatbelts; and other traffic violations and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
