Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested a man wanted by police in Indiana on Saturday afternoon February 13, 2016 at approximately 1:23 PM.
Arrested was: Darrell Clontz age 23 of Bentley Rd., London, KY.
The arrest occurred off South Laurel Rd., London after Deputy Cloyd conducted a traffic stop on a gray colored Dodge pickup and learned that this subject was a wanted fugitive.
Clontz was wanted by the Clark County Sheriff's office in Jeffersonville Indiana for failure to appear in court regarding a stolen property case. In addition, this subject was wanted on numerous traffic charges in Whitley District Court.
Darrell Clontz was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
