Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested a Clay County man on Sunday morning February 14, 2016 at approximately 11:19 AM.
Arrested was: Jackie Mills Jr. age 30 of White's Branch Road, Manchester, KY.
The arrest occurred off East Laurel Rd. approximately 6 miles East of London after this subject was charged on a Clay County warrant of arrest charging flagrant nonsupport – allegedly this subject owes arrearage in excess of $10,000.
Jackie Mills was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
