Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston arrested a Clay County man on Tuesday night February 16, 2016 at approximately 11:13 PM.
Arrested was: Justin Johnson age 33 of Morning Glory Lane, Manchester, KY.
The arrest occurred off Ky 1376 E., approximately 8 miles north of London after this subject was charged on a Clay County Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear regarding a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
Justin Johnson was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
