Murder investigation in Jackson County after alleged altercation between two Clay County men

Annville, KY (Thursday February 18, 2016) — The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was called just before 3:00 pm today, in reference to a fatal stabbing that occurred on Bailey Road in Jackson County.

The initial investigation indicates that Bradley Muncy, 36 years old of Manchester and Harry Henson, 38 years old of Manchester were involved in an altercation at a residence on Bailey Road.

During the incident, it is alleged that Harry Henson took out a knife and fatally stabbed Bradley Muncy, and also threatened four other people that were present. Harry Henson fled the scene and was taken into custody a short time later by KSP and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.

Bradley Muncy was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Jackson County Coroner.

As a result of the investigation, Harry Henson was arrested and is charged with Murder and four counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Henson was transported to the hospital where he is receiving treatment to an injury that he received during the incident.

The ongoing investigation is being investigated by KSP Detective Tye Chavies. He was assisted at the scene by KSP Personnel, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Jackson County EMS, and the Jackson County Coroner.
