Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested Chad Martin age 29 of South Kentucky Ave., London on Sunday night February 21, 2016 at approximately 11:21 PM.
The arrest occurred off American Greeting Card road, approximately 10 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a possible domestic violence complaint.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation they learned that no assault had occurred there however, a male subject at the residence located in a back room was not supposed to be there.
Chad Martin was charged with Criminal Trespassing – third-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention center.
