Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Jamie Grimes along with Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a male subject of Sherry St., London, on Tuesday night, February 23, 2016, at approximately 7 PM.
Arrested was Rusty Boggs, age 42. The arrest occurred off Hart Church Road, approximately 5 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance complaint there.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they encountered a male subject that continued to create a disturbance there and following a short scuffle with the subject, an arrest was made. This subject continued to curse deputies the entire time. It was determined that this subject was under the influence of drugs.
Rusty Boggs was charged with public intoxication -- controlled substances; resisting arrest; and disorderly conduct -- second-degree -- and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
