(Richmond, KY) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post arrested a Richmond resident today, following an investigation into a theft from the Kiwanis Club of Richmond.
KSP Post 7 was contacted by the Kiwanis Club in November of 2015, when they believed that someone was illegally taking funds from their club. As a result of the initial investigation, it is alleged that Lora M. Noble, 56 years old, of Richmond, unlawfully took more than $33,000 between October, 2010, and November, 2015, while she served as the club’s treasurer.
Noble is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center, charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Detective Michael Keeton.
