Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a male subject of Jim Ln., Corbin, on Saturday evening, March 5, 2016, at approximately 4:20 PM.
Arrested was Joshua Gregory Vanover, age 20. The arrest occurred at a business on US 25E, approximately 10 miles south of London after deputies investigated a subject that appeared to be under the influence there.
When Deputy Gray arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation on this subject, he determined that this subject was under the influence – this subject admitted to taking Suboxone strips earlier this date.
Joshua Gregory Vanover was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances. In addition, this subject was wanted on a Whitley County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of public intoxication – controlled substances.
