Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a male subject of Highway 1376, East Bernstadt on Saturday night, March 12, 2016, at approximately 10:05 PM.
Arrested was Donald Radford, age 59. The arrest occurred on Highway 1376, approximately 4 miles north of London after this subject was located staggering down the road there. An investigation conducted determined that this subject was under the influence – this subject admitted taking Suboxone earlier.
