(Hustonville, KY) — The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, in investigating a fire that destroyed a residence at 1365 Carter School Road, just north of Hustonville on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
The fire that was reported just after 9:00 A.M., quickly engulfed the singlewide residence, leaving only a concrete brick wall where the front of the dwelling once was.
As a result of the initial investigation, KSP Post 7 requests that anyone with information regarding the fire to contact KSP at 859-623-2404 or the Arson Task Force at 1-800-27ARSON (1-800-272-7766).
The Arson Task Force is offering up to a $1000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for starting the fire.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Arson Investigator Pat Alford.
