Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested a Pine Top Road resident on Thursday evening March 24, 2016 at approximately 6:30 PM.
Arrested was:
Lisa Brock age 41 of Pine Top Road, London, KY.
The arrest occurred off Cassidy Road, approximately 8 miles south of London after Deputy Cloyd received a complaint of a vehicle being off the roadway in a ditch line on KY 363.
When Deputy Cloyd arrived at that location the vehicle had fled the scene. Deputy Cloyd received a second complaint that this subject driving a red Dodge Dakota was crashed in the front yard of another residence on Cassidy Road.
When Deputy Cloyd arrived at that second location he located this subject and conducted an investigation determining that she was under the influence.
In addition, this subject was in possession of one loaded syringe which she stated was Suboxone strips melted down, and in possession of six empty syringes along with Marijuana and one glass crack pipe.
Lisa Brock was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of marijuana.
Lisa Brock was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
