Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Jamie Grimes and Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested a male subject of Dawn Springs, London, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at approximately 10:46 PM.
Arrested was Elijah Messer, age 35. The arrest occurred off Lilliane Way, approximately 2 miles east of London after the subject was charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging flagrant non-support – this subject allegedly owes arrearage of $6431.
In addition, the subject was charged on a second Laurel County warrant of arrest charging flagrant non-support – the subject allegedly owes arrearage of $2970.
Also, the subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of criminal trespass – first-degree.
