Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested a male subject of North Mill St., London, on Tuesday morning, March 29, 2016, at approximately 10:15 AM.
Arrested was Perry Doss, age 61. The arrest occurred off McKinney Street in London after deputies executed a search warrant at this subject's address and found a reported stolen Snapper walk behind lawnmower that had been reported stolen from Cumberland Valley National Bank in December of 2015.
Deputies developed information on the location of the stolen mower and armed with a search warrant, located the stolen mower at this subject's residence. The mower is valued at $5,000.
Perry Doss was charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000 and resisting arrest.
The stolen mower was returned to Cumberland Valley National Bank. Terry Doss was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
