(Mount Vernon, KY) - On Wednesday April 6th 2016 around 1:00 P.M. Officer Keegan Bray with KSP Vehicle Enforcement conducted a traffic stop located near the 51 mile marker on I-75 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky after observing a commercial vehicle operating in an unsafe manner.
Upon speaking to the operator, Officer Bray smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle and on the driver’s person. The operator 55 year old Henry L. Clickner of Greenfield, Ohio failed multiple field sobriety test and had open containers of alcoholic beverages inside the driver’s compartment of the vehicle, a serious violation of FMCSA Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Clickner was arrested on scene without incident and lodged in the Rockcastle County Detention Center.
