Possible drug activity complaint leads to arrest of London man

LONDON, KY — On Saturday, April 2nd, London Police received a complaint about possible drug activity in the parking lot of Spur Oil located on East 4th Street.

Through investigation, Joshua Morgan, 27, of Falls Street in London was arrested. Officer Jacob Bormann responded to the call and made contact with Morgan who was sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

Ofc. Bormann noticed empty baggies in Morgan’s lap, which he appeared to be attempting to conceal while acting nervous and fidgety.
