Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle gray along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested a male subject of Hopkins Cemetery Rd., London, on Tuesday afternoon, April 12, 2016 at approximately 4:25 PM.
Arrested was Ronald Brandon Hubbard, age 30. The arrest occurred off Highway 233, approximately 12 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male and female subject (boyfriend – girlfriend) were arguing and fighting there.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, they learned that this subject had allegedly pushed and struck a female subject in the chest, arms, and head. The female subject had already left traveling to the hospital to be checked out.
Ronald Brandon Hubbard was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
