London man allegedly assaults grandfather


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott along with Sgt. Brett Reeves, Capt. Chuck Johnson, and Cpl. Jack Caudill arrested a male subject of Farley Rd., London, on Wednesday afternoon, April 13, 2016 at approximately 2:18 PM.

Arrested was Bradley Gregory, age 35. The arrest occurred off Farley Road approximately 6 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a fight between a grandson and his grandfather.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that allegedly the grandson had punched his grandfather causing severe bruising on his eye. While being taken into custody, this subject scuffled with deputies, but was placed under arrest.

Bradley Gregory was charged with assault – fourth degree; menacing; and resisting arrest. 

In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on a charge of public intoxication – controlled substances.

This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
