Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Larry Parrott along with Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Lisa Roark age 50 of South Highway 25, Lily early Tuesday morning April 19, 2016 at approximately 2:06 AM.
The arrest occurred off US 25 approximately 7 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a female subject was apparently involved in a fight with a male subject and the male subject was allegedly cutting himself with a knife.
Laurel 911 dispatch center advised deputies that the caller sounded very intoxicated. When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted a thorough investigation they did not find anyone else in the residence and deputies determined that the complaint was unfounded.
In addition, this subject was determined to be under the influence. Lisa Roark was charged with alcohol intoxication; falsely reporting an incident; and harassing communications and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
