Two drug pleas in Federal Court - London

London, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that two persons have pled guilty in United States Federal Court in London on drug investigations initiated by Laurel County Sheriff's office Detective Jason Back and Detective James Sizemore in cooperation with the London Office of the D.E.A.

The two individuals are identified as:

  • Robert "Turtle" McFadden age 39 of Falls Street, London pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, and use of a person under the age of 18 in a drug operation and received a sentence of 204 months imprisonment.

  • Wendy Barlow Casteel age 39 of Taylor Bridge Road, London pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute a methamphetamine and received a sentence of 144 months imprisonment.

  • Laurel County Sheriff John Root reports that "Investigations into illegal drug activity will be ongoing at the Laurel County Sheriff's Office."
