(LONDON, KY.) - Kentucky State Police Detectives are investigating the discovery of a body located inside a well on Tobar Road in Wayne County on Friday, April 22, 2016 at approximately 11:00 AM.
The body was located by Troopers after they had received a call of the deceased possible whereabouts.
Upon investigation, KSP Detectives discovered a female body, deceased inside the well.
The victims' body will be transported to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Foul play is suspected. No arrest has been made at this time.
Detectives have identified Joseph A. Jones, 29, of Monticello as a possible suspect and are actively searching for him. He was last seen driving a black 2002 Honda Accord license plate # 684RPY. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

The investigation is continuing by KSP Detective Eric Moore. He was assisted at the scene by Troopers from Post 11, Wayne County Sheriff's Office, Wayne County Coroner's Office, Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Wayne County Rescue Squad.
