Clay County, KY - According to Clay County MPD Dispatch: At 4:45 P.M., on Monday afternoon, April 25, 2016 they were notified of an injury motorcycle crash that had occurred at 506 Gray Fork Road in Clay County.
The Clay County EMS and Air Evac Medical Ambulance responded along with other emergency agencies and found the victim, identified as Jason Dwight Smith, age 38 of Eagle Branch Road, Clay County, KY face down unconscious in a ditch.
At this point Jason Dwight Smith was airlifted by Air Evac to UK in Lexington, KY and at the time of this post (according to a UK spokesperson, is still in the UK Emergency Department).
We do not know the status of his condition due to the limited amount of information the facility can disclose.
