Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston along with CSO Brandon McCoy arrested Jodenna Harrison age 50 of Game Cock Road, East Bernstadt early Monday morning May 2, 2016 at approximately 3:09 AM.
The arrest occurred on US 25 approximately 5 miles north of London after Deputy Houston observed a red colored Ford weaving on the roadway and conducted a traffic stop and determined that its driver was under the influence.
Deputy Houston found this subject in possession of a small purse that contained small baggies and a needle with an unknown liquid loaded inside it. Also discovered were four checks with different names, a debit and EBT card addressed to another person.
This subject was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; and other traffic violations. In addition, this subject was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; knowingly fraudulently using ID card or electronic code for benefits; and criminal possession of a forged instrument – first-degree.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
