Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Kyle Gray along with Deputy Craig Sutton arrested Anna Catherine Burdette age 28 of Hawk Creek Road, London on Tuesday afternoon May 3, 2016 at approximately 4:50 P.M.
The arrest occurred off Hawk Creek Road approximately 8 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to this residence on a referral with social services.
When deputies arrived at the scene they determined that this subject was under the influence. This subject admitted to smoking marijuana while her three-year-old daughter was in the residence with her. In addition the living conditions in side the residence were deplorable.
Also deputies determined that this subject's boyfriend who lived at the residence was also a registered sex offender not in compliance.
Anna Catherine Burdette was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Public Intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
