Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Randy Stewart age 50 Of Dogwood Ln., Lily on Tuesday night May 10, 2016 at approximately 11:11 PM.
The arrest occurred off Dogwood Lane, approximately 6 miles south of London after Sgt. Parrott was dispatched to complaint that an intoxicated individual was allegedly bothering neighbors by creating a disturbance and trespassing.
When Sgt. Parrott arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation he determined that this subject was under the influence and was trespassing.Randy Stewart was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; disorderly conduct – second degree; and criminal trespassing – third-degree.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
